Vecuronium Bromide

Vecuronium bromide is used for anaesthesia, skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery and other conditions. Vecuronium bromide for injection is a nondepolarizing neuromuscular blocking agent indicated as an adjunct to general anesthesia, to facilitate endotracheal intubation and to provide skeletal muscle relaxation during surgery or mechanical ventilation. The most common side effects of this medicine include muscle weakness, hypersensitivity, muscle shrink after long term use with redness of skin and respiratory failure. Vecuronium bromide injection should be refrigerated at 2deg to 8 deg c (36 deg to 46 deg f) to preserve potency. Do not freeze.
